The Thomas Hardye School is proud to offer private music lessons for voice and a comprehensive range of instruments for students who are passionate about music and eager to learn. Our talented and experienced team of visiting music teachers will work with you one-on-one, providing personalized attention and instruction tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you are just starting out or already have a strong foundation in music, private lessons can help you improve your technique, develop your musical abilities, and unleash your creative potential. The music department has over twenty visiting specialist teachers who work within the DASP schools. Many of these specialist teachers are top-level professionals working with orchestras such as the Royal Opera House, the BBC Philharmonic and more locally, the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
Instrumental tuition is available through the school on the following instruments:
